When cancelling, I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice to your appointment to ensure we can accommodate your request and adjust our schedule accordingly. I value your time and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so I will strive to be flexible and accommodating.
If you need to cancel and are unable to make it at all, please note that I will keep $100 from the initial payment, and you will be refunded the remaining balance (Please note, this only applies to clients that have paid the full balance online or through their invoice). I value my clients' time and the effort put into scheduling appointments, and my policy is in place to help maintain consistency in my schedule while being considerate of your needs.
Please note: You will have 30 days from the day you booked to rebook when rescheduling. (You can only reschedule once before having to rebook and pay the full amount.)

With afterpay, you can split the cost of your purchase into 4 interest-free installments, due every two weeks. This allows you to get the hair care service you need without having to pay the full amount upfront. Simply select afterpay as your payment method at checkout, and you will be directed to the afterpay website to complete your purchase

Due to numerous no call, no show appointments, I have implemented a policy to requiring full payment at the time of booking, This helps me ensure that my time is respected and helps me better serve my clients. However, I understand that this may not always be convenient, so I still offer the option to use Afterpay, allowing you to divide the payments into four installments.
