Is there anything I need to do before my appointment?

Please come with your hair washed and blowed out preferably with no product in your hair.

Please note: There will be an additional charge of $30 due to extra time and effort required to achieve the perfect blowout for braids.

Do you braid childrens' hair?

No children will be serviced .... ONLY 18+

What colors can I use to have my hair braided?

All hair colors are included. No upcharge.

Can you clean up braids that I have had previously done?

I do not go over other people's work.

Does my hair have to be a certain length?

Hair must be 4 inches all around to be able to grip to perfection. If you have short hair please consult with me first via text message.

How long does the braiding take?

Every head size is different as far as thickness, circumference, or length so I normally give an eta but the duration of the appointment is varying.

What happens if I am running late?

If you will be running late please let me know. If you are 15 minutes late you will be cancelled with no refund of deposit.

How long should my braids last?

Braids can last up to 6-8 weeks or even longer with proper care.

What if I am allergic to hair?

If allergic to hair you must pre soak yourself.

Do I have time for other commitments the day of my appointment?

When booking, PLEASE try not to schedule anything else that day. I like to take my time to make sure your style is precise.

Do you wash and blow dry hair?

No, your hair must come washed and blowned out. Detangle/product free. If I must blow dry your hair there will be a $30 upcharge fee due to extra time.

Yes, books open the 15th of each of each month.

Is there a fee for same day cancellations?

I kindly request a minimum of 24-hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. In the event of a same-day cancellation, a cancellation fee (40%) will apply.

Yes, however there will be an additional $75+ fee added on to the price.

Can I change my day once i've booked?

No changes will be allowed to your appointment date once you've booked. You can only reschedule once before having to pay full price. (Please note when rescheduling it must be within 30 days from when you booked to apply.)

*Changing days A lot can sometimes cause confusion on my end.

Can I switch my hairstyle once I've booked?

No, no changes will be made once you've booked your appointment. So please know the exact style you want once you've booked.

Please no blunt ends when coming to get braids.

What happens when I cancel/reschedule?

When cancelling, I kindly ask that you provide me with at least 24 hours' notice to your appointment to ensure we can accommodate your request and adjust our schedule accordingly. I value your time and understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so I will strive to be flexible and accommodating.

If you need to cancel and are unable to make it at all, please note that I will keep $100 from the initial payment, and you will be refunded the remaining balance (Please note, this only applies to clients that have paid the full balance online or through their invoice). I value my clients' time and the effort put into scheduling appointments, and my policy is in place to help maintain consistency in my schedule while being considerate of your needs.

Please note: You will have 30 days from the day you booked to rebook when rescheduling. (You can only reschedule once before having to rebook and pay the full amount.)

How does the Afterpay method work?

With afterpay, you can split the cost of your purchase into 4 interest-free installments, due every two weeks. This allows you to get the hair care service you need without having to pay the full amount upfront. Simply select afterpay as your payment method at checkout, and you will be directed to the afterpay website to complete your purchase

Why do I have to pay the full amount when booking an appointment?

Due to numerous no call, no show appointments, I have implemented a policy to requiring full payment at the time of booking, This helps me ensure that my time is respected and helps me better serve my clients. However, I understand that this may not always be convenient, so I still offer the option to use Afterpay, allowing you to divide the payments into four installments.

Can I schedule an appointment on the weekend?

There are no appointments available on weekends unless stated otherwise in special instances.

What is the latest I can schedule my appointment?

Im ONLY available to do morning appointments unless stated otherwise. (Normally between the hours of 9am-12:00pm.)

What happens when you no show for a scheduled appointment?

If you are unable to make it to your appointment, I kindly ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not show for a scheduled appointment without providing any notice, you will not be able to book with me in the future.  I value your time and understand the importance of punctuality.
